Breastfeeding is the most beautiful, natural, healthy, loving bond a mother and child can ever experience.  It is an irreplaceable joy. Yet for many new mothers, breastfeeding can be an incredibly difficult, painful, and anxiety-inducing experience.   With a lack of education, little support, and no coaching many new mothers are left with questions and concerns. And often, they don’t know where to turn.

That’s where La Leche League South Africa comes in. With the support of people like you, we are able to nurture, support, educate and guide these new mothers to experience the love and wisdom found in the breastfeeding relationship.  We want nothing more than to empower mothers to be the best mothers they can be. And that’s exactly what we are able to do through your vital support.
