PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE POLICY AND TERMS

I hereby state that I am the:

• subject of the photographs, and/or

• parent/legal guardian of the child subject, and/or

• photographer

I hereby state that the photographs which I have submitted to La Leche League South Africa (LLLSA), do not infringe any copyright or other intellectual property right of any third party, and that I have the authority to release these photographs to LLLSA.

I consent to and authorise the use and production of all photographs which I have this day submitted, by LLLSA or anyone authorised by LLLSA for such promotional, publicity or other purposes as LLLSA shall determine in pursuance of its charitable objects. I grant LLLSA the right to use and publish the photographs in any manner and medium, and to alter and composite the same without restriction.

I understand that the photographs will be used by LLLSA to promote and support breastfeeding. I acknowledge that all photographs submitted are the absolute property of LLLSA. I further acknowledge that I have no claims whatsoever nature against LLLSA, its agents or representatives in respect of the use thereof.
