Woolworths launches new loyalty programme MyDifference, replacing MySchool

Background
La Leche League South Africa (LLLSA) has been an official listed beneficiary of The MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet programme since 2018. The MySchool programme is a community fundraising initiative that raises funds for schools, organizations and charities. Supporters raise funds for their cause every time they shop at a partner store who in turn, contribute a percentage of the purchase amount to the charity of the supporter’s choice without it costing anything extra to the supporters.
New beginnings
WRewards and MySchool have joined to become MyDifference the first loyalty program of it’s kind in South Africa. We are appealing to our loyal supporters to help us continue benefiting by joining the MyDifference program and selecting La Leche League South Africa as your chosen beneficiary. Again, this will be at no additional cost to you but will help us so much as an organization. If you were not a supporter of the MySchool program, this is your opportunity to join and give back.

Follow the prompts to register for the MyDifference program by entering your ID number and details to create a profile.

Go to the Loyalty tab and the bottom of the screen and then click on My Causes.

Search for and select La Leche League South Africa as your chosen beneficiary.

If you were a MySchool supporter before:
Your MySchool and WReward cards will still work to access promotional discounts and contributions to your causes. But it is recommended to switch as soon as possible to ensure you continue supporting your chosen cause(s) without any interruptions. Supporters will have 30 days from joining the MyDifference program to choose a beneficiary.
We want to thank our supporters for giving back by selecting LLLSA as your chosen beneficiary. By joining the MyDifference program you will be helping us further our cause to provide breastfeeding support and information. Our organization is run completely by volunteers and this is a wonderful opportunity to help us raise much needed funds.
